Marian Rivera influence hesitant people to get vaccinated

Not only in movies and television, but that Marian Rivera’s star power is capturing the attention of the masses.

There are many people who are having second thoughts on getting the vaccine against covid-19, but eversince Marian got vaccinated, many people are now willing to get the vaccine as well.

Like the story of Carlo and  her mother, ever since the vaccine becomes available for A3 category or person with comorbidity, Carlo has been convincing his mother Rosana, who has hypertension to her the vaccine.

Nanay Rosana is hesitant to get the vaccine at first because of the side effect. “May nag sasabi kasi na may side effects daw yun kaya natakot ako.” She said.

Even though her son Carlo now works in London, he keeps reminding and explaining to his mom that the vaccine is safe.

Carlo said he always worried about his Mom. “Sobrang kabado Kasi like Yung Kapatid ko lumalabas sya so Hindi ko Naman alam kung ano Yung dala nya pag uwi nya sa Bahay Lalo na malayo ako sa mom ko.”

But to his surprise, his mom suddenly wants to get vaccinated. So, what changed her mind? Because she saw Marian Rivera got vaccinated. And it convinced her that it was safe to get the vaccine.

“Sabi nya ready nako mag pa vaccine then I ask her what changed her mind then Sabi nya nga napanuod nya si Marian Rivera na nag pa vaccine na. Sagot ko lang sa kanya napagod pa akong mag explain si Marian Rivera lang pala Ang sagot.”

Nanay Rosana says that knowing Marian got the vaccine gives her the confidence to get it, too. “Nung Nakita ko na si marian na nagpavaccine lumakas Yung loob ko idol ko siya.”

Carlos was so happy that he tweeted his conversation with the mother, and it went viral. He even received a direct message from Marian.

“Sabi nya ingat kami and hi to my mom tapos yung mom ko naman kilig na kilig Naman siya nung pinabasa ko sa kanya yung message ni Marian Rivera. It’s really  a big factor Lalo na sa mga celebrities like Marian Rivera Kase it boost the vaccine confidence especially  sa Philippines.” She said.

Nanay Rosana thanked Marian for convincing her to get vaccinated. “Hello Marian Rivera salamat Kay Marian na hikayat niya rin ako.”
