Marian Rivera shares inspiration for “Super Ma’am”

Kapuso primetime queen Marian Rivera is on a high-flying disc because of the soaring ratings and success of her comeback super hero action series “Super Ma’am”.

Marian is back after a two year break from doing teleseryes and only focusing on motherhood to her little princess Baby Zia. She shared that she is excited to go back to working on a series and she is really giving her best.

The cast of Super Ma’am recently visited the Mindanao Kapuso fans when they visited Davao. Marian was joined by lead hunk actor Matthias Rhoads and second lead comedienne Jerald Napoles.

Marian was asked if there were any difficulties coming back to primetime now that she is a mother. She explained that the challenges can be easily overcome by time management and the support of her husband Dingdong Dantes and the GMA management team.

The actress also revealed that this project is really special to her because it is a lifelong dream of her to become a teacher. “Pinapangarap ko kase maging teacher.

At pinapakita ng Super Ma’am kung papano ang tamang pag-trato sa ating mga teacher. (I dreamed to be a teacher. Super Ma’am shows how to treat our teachers right)” she said.

“We continue to give back to our Mindanaoan viewers for their unwavering support to our programs and stars,” says Oliver Amoroso, Vice President and Head of GMA’s Regional TV Department. “I know a lot of our viewers have been waiting for Marian to return to Davao and finally, we are bringing our Kapuso Primetime Queen this Saturday to them.

Together with Jerald and Matthias, we are certain that Marian will make her fans in Mindanao very happy,” he adds.

Super Ma’am airs daily on GMA Telebabad after 24 Oras.
