Headed by Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, the Kapuso network proudly introduced the cast of GMA’s upcoming telefantasya “Super Ma’am,” dedicated to teachers.
In the Chika Minute report of Cata Tibayan on GMA News TV “Balitanghali” on Wednesday, in addition to Marian, the series features the new Kapuso heartthrob Matthias Rhoads, comedian Jerald Napoles, Kapuso sexy actress Kim Domingo, Miss Jackie Lou Blanco, Kristoffer Martin, Joyce Ching, Jillian ward, Meg imperial and others.
In the series, Marian will play the role of the good teacher Minerva, who will have extraordinary powers to fight off evil.
Marian said that besides stunts and fight scenes, there is lesson and meaningful message that the audience can get from the program.
“Ito siguro ‘yung isa sa mga paraan para mamulat ang mga mata nila na ang mga teacher kailangan nirerespeto, pinakikinggan natin at tinuturing nating pangalawang magulang,” said the actress.
The actress added that she saluted the true ‘Super Ma’am’s who relentlessly guide the students, as she had once dreamed of becoming a teacher.
“Ino-offer namin [ang show] sa mga teacher na dedicated sa trabaho at walang sawang mahalin at turuan ang mga estudyante nila,” according to Kapuso star.
Marian will also be in “Super Ma’am” with her wedding god-mother and veteran actress Helen Gamboa.
“It’s a nice teleserye for everybody.
My role as Lolita is really something different from before na nilalabasan kong mga role,” said the actress.
Super Ma’am will officially start on Monday, September 18.
