You can catch Marian Rivera-Dantes again on GMA Telebabad in the fantasy-action series “Super Ma’am” from September 18.
According to Marian, she has long dreamed to be a teacher and that’s why she is excited about this project.
“Ang Super Ma’am ay kuwento ng isang guro na ayaw mag-give up sa pagtuturo dahil love at passion niya talaga ang pagiging teacher.
“May mangyayari sa kanyang isang malaking pagbabago na magli-lead sa kanya para tumulong sa kapwa niya.
“Kaya nga dream come true itong role ko kahit sa palabas lang,” Marian said.
Super Ma’am is a source of inspiration for teachers and students.
Marian also enjoyed playing a superhero. She said that she missed being one on TV. This series is for fans her loyal fans waiting and eager to watch her again on their primetime TV.
“Maraming nagre-request na maging superhero ulit ako, so para sa kanila talaga itong Super Ma’am.”she shared.
She is not yet allowed to reveal the costume and the weapon she will use but she’s already eager to do so because the viewers will be happy about it.
Marian will play Minerva Henerala, a high school teacher who often harbors a lot of teasing fron students because of her weirdness.
She grew up believing in Tamawo or mythical creatures capable of morphing into human beings.
During the day, she is a good teacher to her students.
But due to an encounter with a Tamawo, her life changed and she transformed into a femme fatale heroine or Super Ma’am with fantastic adventures in the quest to destroy evil elements.
