Dingdong Dantes’s Yes Pinoy Foundation, which was supported by his wife, Marian Rivera, held an art exhibit for a cause.
In a Chika Minute report by Aubrey Carampel on GMA News “24 Oras” this Monday, Kapuso primetime king and Yes Pinoy Foundation founder, Dingdong, celebrated their 8th Anniversary. In line with this, they held an art exhibit at Resorts World Manila.
Marian gave an emotional message and speech for her husband..
“Hindi rin po mangyayari ang lahat ng ito, nawawalan siya ng time dahil sa pag tulong niya sa ibang tao, so okay lang kasi ganun siya eh, love niyang tumulong sa iba. Hindi yan natutulog hangga’t hindi niya naaayos ang lahat. Hindi yan natutulog kapag hindi pa nafi-fix ang mga dapat bigyan at mga nanga-ngailangan. Siguro, bukod sa pagiging responsible niya sa amin sa pamilya, sobrang proud ako sakanya na naging asawa ko siya dahil nagiisa lang yata ‘to sa mundo na lahat ibibigay, wala ng ititira. For sure, lahat kayo, bawat isa sa inyo, may masasabi kayo kung gaano ka buti ang puso ng asawa ko.”
The proceeds from artworks will go to the foundation’s “I Am Super” disaster prevention campaign, where they are offering go-bags, a special backpack with an emergency kit, slicker and floater in disaster-vulnerable schools.
These go-bags are made by social enterprise Taclob Yolanda survivors.

Dingdong received full support from his wife, Kapuso primetime queen, Marian Rivera who has collaborated with several artworks by artists Carlo Saavedra and Mark Padernal.
The paintings had Marian’s preserved flowers from her online shop Flora Vida, and she has flower arrangements made for the exhibit. These immediately sold out!
Marian is very proud of Dingdong. She said he is also a very responsible man for the family.
