“Marian is kind of slapping and hitting me” – Matthias Rhoads
Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera is set to return in GMA telebabad this year.
She will topbill ‘Super Maam’, an action-comedy series directed by L.A. Madridejos.
“Na-miss ko din talaga mag-Primetime,” said Marian.
Marian will have a new leading man in Matthias Rhoads. Matthias was not prepared during his scene with the Kapuso actress.
“Marian is kind of slapping and hitting me at the moment because our introduction isn’t so ideal,” said the actor.
Meanwhile, Marian celebrated her birthday last August 12. Her husband Dingdong Dantes surprised her with a birthday party attended by closest friends in showbiz and family.
Marian feels complete now that she’s a mother to Baby Zia.
“Iba, e, iba kapag may anak, nag-iiba talaga yung disposisyon mo sa buhay. Pagkagising ko sa umaga, nandiyan anak ko, sasabihin ng anak ko, ‘Mama, morning! Love!’ Wala na, tapos na, sobrang malambing siya,” Marian shared.
During her presscon for Hana shampoo and conditioner, she was asked by reporters of the issue between her and Andrea Torres.
“Ang pagkakaalam ko, wala kaming problema ni Andrea. The last time na magkita kaming dalawa, niyakap niya ako. Sabi niya sa akin, ‘Ate Yan, na-miss kita.’ So, para sa akin, wala talaga kaming problema at all.”
According to Marian, her role in ‘Super Maam’ is a teacher, “Sa bagong soap ko, tumugma naman kasi pangarap ko maging teacher. Super Ma’am kasi super ma’am ako dito. Super action talaga siya, halo-halo actually. Superhero ako, mapa-nanay man ako o nasa eskwelahan ako magtatanggol ako ng mga inaapi,” Marian shared.
