Why did Marian Rivera become emotional in ‘Yan Ang Morning!?’
In an episode of Yan Ang Morning!, the Kapuso Primetime Queen became emotional when her relationship with her grandmother was mentioned.
She said, “Am I teary eyed? it’s just that, I am very thankful to my grandmother because she really gave meaning to my life. It’s not true that when both your parents are not around, your life will have no direction. I’m thankful for my grandmother who raised me, to be strong.
She also added, “Of course, my daughter and my husband also gave meaning to my life, but my grandmother just really came earlier.”
She also mentioned what she wishes for on her birthday every year. She said, “You know I always pray, everytime on my birthday, I always wish for my grandmother to live longer.”
