First in the list is none other than Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera who seems to have a beach body for all seasons.

Her charms are astounding and her abs is absurd but this is not the reason why GMA’s one and only primetime queen works out.

It is also not easy for Yan-Yan to maintain her diet, “What’s not to be eaten, I don’t eat it. Everything is [difficult]. You just have to have the confidence in yourself and then your discipline. ”

Asia’s Pop Sweetheart Julie Anne San Jose likes to relax on the beach, “It’s fun to have fun, I was able to invigorate, and loosen up a bit, and be away from the city for a while.”

Skin and body protection is her secret, “Sun blocking is most important, and just always hydrate yourself. Eat healthy, and that’s all. ”

National Abs Jak Roberto made his debut as Glaiza de Castro’s leading man in the upcoming GMA Afternoon Prime soap, Contessa.

He said, “For this show, my preparation is more on [my] physique. Need to be hard and when they look at you they really see a knight in shining armor.’’

The secret of Jak? “At least maybe two weeks of straight workout if you really want to chase your body goals, and then extreme diet when you’re in a hurry.”
