Marian Rivera’s schedule is a bit loose since her Super Ma’am series is over, she is again available to pursue her advocacies.
One of them is the #Smile Train, wherein she re-collaborates with its governing bodies and they celebrated the 50,000 cleft palate surgeries.
“Isang malaking karangalan para sa akin na makasama sa celebration ng 50th cleft palate surgeries ng #Smile Train. I am also honored, salamat po. Here’s to bringing more smiles to more children! Kung may kilala kayong may bingot o butas ang ngala-ngala, mag-text sa 0917-52-TRAIN (0917-52-87246) para mas maraming batang puwedeng ngumiti! Bagong ngiti, bagong buhay. #YanAngSmile @smiletainph.”

They also have the message: “Working with Filipino doctors to give Filipino children new smiles.”
So if you have know children with a cleft palate, just call the number given by Marian, they can easily respond to you. We were not disappointed, because only one call to them and the child we were working with was assisted. Everything is free.
Marian also gave seventy thousand pesos donations from what she had earned from her endorsement in Kultura Filipino.
In the event, Marian was also asked about her and Karylle’s meeting as they attended the opening of Michael Cinco’s store in Greenbelt 5, Makati City.
“Yes, nagkita kami at nagbatian,” Marian answered with a smile “Ang tagal na noon, pareho na kaming happy ni Karylle sa aming mga pamilya.”
[Yes, we met and greeted. That was a long time ago, Karylle and I have been happy with our families.]
