“Si Zia hindi siya tipikal na bata. Iba ang mind set niya.” – Marian

Since it’s already 2018, we asked Marian Rivera if she had a New Year’s resolution.

She said, “Actually, every… pagka natatapos ang taon, nagde-date kami ng asawa ko. Nagbabatuhan kami niyan, ‘Ano gusto mong mangyari this year? Anong dream mo this year?’

[Actually every year-end, me and my husband goes on a date. We ask each other questions. What do you want to happen this year, what is your dream?]

“May ganun kami palagi. Ako, parang hindi nga New year’s resolution, parang ano lang, mga dreams lang siguro. Siyempre una palagi, para sa anak namin. Katulad nito, siyempre ang tagal ng itinakbo ng Super Ma’am, instead of three months, naging six months kami.

[We always have such. Me, I don’t have new year’s resolution, just dreams. Of course, my daughter always comes first. Like, I have spent a lot of time on Super Ma’am. Instead of three months, it became six months.]

[So it was like I had a double soap while doing Super Ma’am. I really said I am going to make up for it. I will make a program for my daughter so she wont be bored at home. And Zia is not a very typical child. If you tell her to play over there, she wouldn’t. So I will make up for it. I will make programs for her. Like her swimming lessons, I will go with her.]

Marian’s Super Ma’am’s primetime series will end in GMA’s last week of January.
