Dingdong brings Zia to workout

Kapuso Primetime King Dingdong Dantes will always have time for Baby Zia, even when he is working out.

The Kapuso royalty shared on Instagram how he can still have time for himself without compromising his time with his loved ones.
He wrote, “Since I missed this morning’s run, I decided to add a “little” more weight on this noon’s workout.”

Eversince, Dingdong have been maintaining a healthy and fit body.
His secret?

“Nasa pagkain talaga, e. [It’s really in the food] I stick with fish, vegetables, and kamote.”

As for the body workout, Dingdong believes that one doesn’t have to spend long hours in gyms.
“It doesn’t have to be [long workouts],” he said. “Less than an hour nga lang, kung puwede araw-araw. Basta high intensity and high in cardio. Atsaka hindi kailangang mabigat.”

[It can be less than an hour but if I could do it every day, I would do it every day. It has to be high intensity and high in cardio. And it doesn’t need to be heavy.]

As a celebrity, the Kapuso actor did not deny that there’s a certain pressure on him to maintain a fit body.

He said, “Mahirap siya pero kailangan mong ipulis ang sarili mo paminsan-minsan.

Otherwise, ikaw rin, hindi maganda ang kalalabasan mo sa TV man o sa pelikula man.” [It’s hard sometimes but you have to be strict with yourself. Otherwise, you will be the one looking ugly on TV or movie.]

Dingdong also stressed in the end, “It’s also part of my responsibility naman na hindi kailangang magpakababoy.” [to not pig out]
