Marian Rivera is a known breastfeeding advocate. And recently, Marian’s friend and new mom Neri Naig-Miranda experienced hate for breastfeeding her son Alonzo in publice.
Neri quickly stood up for her mom instincts.
[Those who reacted on this post because I was breastfeeding my son, this is a true mother’s tale. Even when I’m at home or at the mall or anywhere, if my son gets hungry, even if I give him a feeding bottle, if he wants to latch onto me, that’s all he’d want. Would I even think about what other people thinks? Those who will stare and react why I breastfeed? Only true mothers will understand this post.]
She even gave a quick message to all the mother out there.
[I salute all the moms that put the needs of their children first, no matter what people think. Next time someone says they are offended because you are breastfeeding in public, just tell them to stop focusing on your breasts and look at something else. They have been staring for too long.]
Marian commented on this post and showed her all-out support for Neri and breastfeeding.
