Marian’s first taping today
Today, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera has started taping for her comeback teleserye.
Marian is spotted on location around Quezon City for her first taping day.
The Kapuso actress will lead the cast of “The Good Teacher” and directed by LA Madridejos.
She will be joined by veteran actress Miss Helen Gamboa, Kristoffer Martin, Jillian Ward, Jerald Napoles, Ash Ortega and newbie Enrico Cuenca.
It was February this year that Marian announced her return in primetime block.
“The Good Teacher” will cater children, Marian revealed.
Marian’s role is a teacher with supernatural abilities. Marian was spotted wearing a wig during her first taping day today.
The 32-year old actress balances her career and family life. She admitted that it is hard for her to leave Zia and insisted that her top priority is her daughter.
Marian made an appearance in “Daig Kayo ng Lola Ko”.
She’s also hosting GMA’s drama anthology “Tadhana” that airs every Saturday after Eat Bulaga.
And every Sunday, she can be seen on Sunday PinaSaya.
Marian is definitely excited to return on primetime, she posted on her Instagram account:
“Thank you to my GMA Family who always comes up with so many wonderful offers/projects for me. This year, it’s time to get back to work and return to primetime!”
Marian posted a photo of bonding moment with Zia together with her Mama and Lola.
“Bonding with Nanay, Mama & My baby love Z… Back to work na si nanay bukas! #FirstTapingDayTomorrow 😅😊😌”
Marian’s last teleserye was “Carmela: Ang Pinakamagandang Babae sa Mundong Ibabaw” in 2014 where she was paired with Pambansang Bae Alden Richards.
Recently, Mega Magazine included Marian in their 25 Most Iconic Women for her contribution in showbiz industry and for being an inspiration to all Pinoys.
